OK, I might have overlooked your list, but I didn't see Wally Catanach, of Waterfall Kilts. Give him a shout. He's a great kilt maker. I bought a tank off him this year, and it's hand stitched. His price is reasonable for the quality of his work, which is superb!!!
Many times the labor is the least expensive element. If you have a special weave tartan, that will jack the price up, as mine was that way.

Wally provides no details whatsoever as to his pricing on his website......I daresay that has a lot to do with why he wasn't included.

That is correct. I can only include companies that have FULL pricing listed. That is why Freedom Kilts was not ranked.
