    My favorite green on green kilt is the Macdonald Lord of the Isles



    There are also some nice Irish tartans that are heavy on green - Ireland's National and Irish National (I think those are the names).

    For blue, my favorite is probably the Royal Air Force tartan.



    And, also like the U.S. Navy tartan, blue on blue.



    Not sure if it'd really be considered "blue" but the Texas Bluebonnett tartan is beautiful too...and it has a bit of green in with the hues of blue.
