Hey, you're not so far from Chattanooga! We're having a kilt night at Tremont Tavern here in TN on the 24th of July, around 7pm, if you want to show up!

ToadInAKilt....gotta love that screen name! Well, ToadInAKilt, great to meet ya! I once lived not too far from Chattanooga, in a wee town called South Pittsburg. Do you know where that is?
The kilt night sounds like fun! Not sure if I can make it or not, but will certainly be there in spirit, in any case! Thank you for the invite!

I kind of invited myself to toadinakilt's gathering... just realized that. Oops!
My best friend is a Henderson, and several generations back, we're related somehow. I'm also related to the Stewarts and Grahams, and possibly the MacLarens, too. All of that on my mom's side! My dad's side is Welsh and English.

I am blown away by all the warm welcomes on this site. Guess it takes kilt wearers to appreciate other kilt wearers, eh? You all have been so extremely welcoming, and I feel like you are friends already!
To those of you that live in Scotland, if you want to adopt me, I'm up for adoption! lol! (Heck, a lady whose heart is in Scotland has to think of some way to get back over there! haha!)
And for those of you who wear the kilt and are not in Scotland....thank you, thank you, thank you for all your wonderful warm welcomes to the site!
adsmguy, somehow, I get the feeling that ToadInAKilt won't mind if you show up at the kiltwearer's gathering. Probably the more, the merrier! So you know a Henderson? Is it a redheaded Henderson? There seems to be 2 different types, us redheaded ones, and then the dark-headed ones. 'Course, that's only speculation on my part. lol.
Again, thank you all for the welcomes. I love this site already!
