Ugh lads!

I have one more local games here before I'm off to Denver and the Masters World Championships. I'm not in the shape I need to be in and lately I'm just dragging my old and sore rear end to the next event--but I guess 'heart' still counts. Thought I was completely played out last games and sheaf was the final event--I hit a PR!

Here's hoping for no stooooopid injuries and a once-in-a-lifetime chance to throw at the MWC.

CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP!

I tore my hamstring! Still attached at top and bottom, but nice nasty tear in the middle. When I bend my leg, you can see the divot in the muscle--ick.

Now--nothing but rest, ice and compression until Denver. I may have just ruined any chance I had at placing ahead of dead last at MWC.
