    I think any grey or tan should work well; I would not worry about an exact match. Lovat green, olive/khaki, loden green also.

    I can see it with the discontinued brown Lewis hose on sale at the STM, if a medium would fit you.

    My "gut reaction" would be to go with dark brown hose rather than tan or light blue. I think sometimes that having hose that match the ground colour doesn't work as well as hose that co-ordinate by perhaps matching one of the overstripe colours.
