Good ad. Clearly perpetuates the idea that we are regimental under our kilts. Keep the mystery alive!
"Before two notes of the theme were played, Colin knew it was Patrick Mor MacCrimmon's 'Lament for the Children'...Sad seven times--ah, Patrick MacCrimmon of the seven dead sons....'It's a hard tune, that', said old Angus. I was in the supermarket the other day, where they were having an in store promotion of the pies and got a dozen of them free cause I was wearing a kilt.
I also got a lot of "there's the Angus pies man" from a lot of kids who were with their mothers shopping

Great story! LOVE the image of you in a kilt being followed around the grocers by a giggling rabble of kiddies, all shouting "There's the Pie Man"

I had a pie floater the other night for dinner... spicy sauce, mushy peas, pie, and a liter of bitters. Mmmmmmmmm. I love when the wife and sprog are away.

Even though I just ate, I could use a pie floater right now

Pie floater? I believe that is a delicacy in Adelaide.
A pint of bitter should go down well with it.

    I liked the Angus ad!
