    Hi, Brad, and welcome to XMTS from the bottom end of Africa.
    Not sure what you mean by a tactical kilt, but Scotweb advertises kilts and sporrans in a variety of camouflage materials.
    On the other hand, members here have commented that even a tartan kilt in quite bright (natural) colours can be virtually invisible in open country from not very far off.
