I think your choices are perfect. I would have asked clarification as to exactly what "casual" means in their lexicon, but that's a small matter. You are young, and I am not, so you're probably right on target.

You've had some very good advice here, so I need not beat a dead horse. Just remember that your only job here is getting the job. Clothing, fashion, and personal preferences are all secondary because the company's only ethic here is to make a profit, as Jock to eloquently stated.
