The Next Photo of the Month

During the month of September we will be accepting submissions for the photo of the month to be displayed during the Month of October.

As September is the beginning of Fall for many of our members we thought it fitting to make the theme for this contest.

    "The Leaves of Fall"

So get out those cameras and start snapping away. Then post your best shot of Kilts enjoying the the first fall weather.

Submissions for this contest will run through midnight, Saturday, the 25th of September.

My thoughts as well, we don't usually see the autumn tints here in the south of Scotland until October by which time the competition will have closed - though I suppose a photo taken in a previous year's autumn could be entered.

Well, Fall in the high desert isn't much for leaves either. Will start things off by tossing this one in the ring.

Taken walking along Cottonwood Creek in Southern Utah. You can see the leaves on the cottonwood trees changing color in the background.

Haha, we live in Vermont. I don't know if you understand what this means. We stay inside when the leaves start to change because it's the only time of year that there is EVER traffic here. People come by the freakin' busload! Damn leaf peepers!

I took this one of my friends Danny and Curtis this afternoon. I think this is one of the best pictures I've ever taken!

This was from a combat demonstration at this year's Edgewater Celtic Harvest Festival. We were out enjoying Colorado's fall weather... which set a record high today! 96 degrees outside!! My feet got sun burned!!
