Just cutting out soda from you diet can do AMAZING things, especially with a little light exercise.


I managed to drop 25lbs by cutting out junk and either swimming or light lifting 3 times a week. So far I've kept it off for six months (which is a record ).

I'm currently planning on 'the big push' for the last 9 pounds I want to lose.
