You're not going to find western style belts that are that wide. They simply won't fit into the belt loops of pants, so nobody makes them that wide. You're talking custom territory here, where you'd need to commission a leatherworker to build you a kilt belt with western style tooling on it.

It just so happens that this is what my wife does for a living. She builds and tools saddles, belts, canteen covers, chaps, etc. She could make you a custom kilt belt in any tooled pattern you desire, at the appropriate width, and a custom length per your measurements.

This is the kilt belt she recently made for me.



She made that one in a Celtic design, of course, but her specialty is western-style tooling (especially Sheridan-style tooling). Like this:



I'm not necessarily trying to peddle anything here; it's just that you're going to have a hard time finding what you're looking for without going to a custom maker. PM me if you're really interested in going that route. There are some other leatherworkers on this board (look at the advertisers) that could perhaps do it as well. Definitely talk to them too.
