You appear to be wearing a natural colored collarless (linen?) shirt, brown-hued waistcoat, green jacket, red-tartaned kilt, blue hose, and brown/black leather accessories. This is definitely not "matchy matchy". And it all works together perfectly! I love it!
I'm particularly interested in the tartan ribbon you've used to tie your hose. I've not seen it tied over the outside of the turn-down, although I admit I haven't paid a whole lot of attention. I think it looks great, and adds a nice flair to the overall look!

Making the colours "echo each another", instead of matching, plus mixing textures, has always been sure signs of good taste.
