Loveland / Ft. Collins Anyone?
Is anyone up for a kilt night in the Loveland / FoCo area? I am new to the board here and up for meeting other Celtoi over a pint. Henry's in DT Loveland has a great menu and I know of a couple of places in FoCo as well. Anyone?

Welcome to the site Westy1970. I am in Colorado Springs so it would be a long drive for me but if enough of the other Colorado members join in, I will try to make the drive.

I come down to the Springs on occasion as my brother lives there. I will watch for one on a weekend in your 'hood, as well

Most of use are in the Denver area with a few sprinkled around other places. I'm on the north side so might be able to get up there later in the year. I go up to Estes to visit my parents often so might combine it with that. Also, kmaclea is in Ft Collins but doesn't get on here very often, he is the Clan Commisioner of the Clan MacLea (Livingstone) Society and a PhD doing research at CSU. It kind of keeps him busy.

As Livingston has noted, most of the members live north of Castle Rock so I doubt there will be any get togethers down here. But if your in the Springs visiting family, let me know and maybe we can meet at a pub for a beer.

Alas never say never. For me it all depends on the time.

If we do, it HAS to be Stonehouse in Ft Collins. Great food, good drinks and they like kilts there. As I understand, one of the staff can be seen wearing one there at times.

I'd be up for this! Maybe... Depending on timing. I like the idea of going to Loveland. I haven't been there in a long time.

How about the 9th or 23rd of October? Both are Saturdays. I would be open for Stonehouse in FTC or Henry's in Loveland. My personal preference would be to meetup a little on the early side, say 5PM, to avoid the louder crowds.
