Amerikilt
If you are worried about customer service I can tell you, Michael Butler of Amerikilt provides good service and has always been very informative and helpful. That said Amerikilts did not work out for me. My issue was that they wrinkled far too easily and in my case would look pretty unkempt in a very short time. I did receive an email from Michael several months ago that they were working on a prototype that was extremely wrinkle resistant but have not heard any further word on that. Totally personal preference but I found them light weight for my taste.
I understand in your circumstance time is a factor, however,I will make a recommendation for you. Jeanie of AltKilt is is awesome. I have one solid colored wine kilt in the alt classic model that is fantastic and have a solid green on order. Every kilt she makes is customized. http://www.altkilt.com/custom Plus she is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

I would be happy to do a rush order if you need it. My standard turn around time is 4-6 weeks but I am almost current on all my orders so if there is a specific date you need it by in the 3-4 wk range, I can do it. I do also have a $40 rush fee option that can give you your order in hand in 1-2 weeks. Please free free to email me if you have questions - I am here to help
thanks!
