As a leather guy myself, I'm kinda jealous. The hand stitching and edge burnishing is really top-notch. I'm impressed! Great job!

Ryan,
thank you for the fantastic review, complete with epic storyline, gypsy curses and fabulous pix!
You were an absolute blast to work with on this (and on my splendid new bonnet )
I'm thrilled that the sporran 'fits the bill'. I'm also greatly relieved that Lugosi arrived intact after his bunking off to Puerto Rico for a weekend vacation (lazy bugger )
Thanks all, as well for the very kind commentary.

Thank you for the awesome sporran, Scott!
...and sorry about that gypsy curse thing. I mean, how was I to know, right?
Word of warning, people- That whole "what's in a name?" business is bunk. Name your sporrans with care!

..well, I took Lugosi for his first field test today. I only managed this hastily taken picture, but just to prove that it happened, here you go.

More importantly, the sporran works just as great as it looks. The Sam Browne stud was something I wasn't used to, but after a couple of times opening and closing it, I'm now a big fan of this closure system; nothing to go wrong, simple, functional, and it looks good. Also, the leather is already starting to loosen up and break in.
