DIY Sporran and strap, Belt, Buckle, Flashes, dye job on hose.
Balmoral--broke in proper.

A really great casual look-- the hose turned out super!

In the myth-lore surrounding the bonnet, it is generally conceded that Highlanders tie the ribbons on their Balmoral, whilst lowlanders and those in the borders leave them loose. Anyone who has experienced the wind hurtling down the glens (or driven in an open car) will tell you why-- it really stings when the ends of the ribbons snap around and hit you in the eye!
