I would recommend Stillwater or USA Kilts-Both are very good
I can also vouch for the wealth of knowledge found on Xmarks....I learn more every day....awesome to find people who truly care about Kilts and all things associated everybody knows their stuff!

I moved to Texas after retiring at Whidbey back in '95. What a mistake (leaving)!!
J.Higgins makes fantastic kilts. They're honest and trustworthy. Just google 'em and they'll show right up. I'm ordering my Edzel tartan (U.S. Navy) from this this year, but I do own another and the quality & fit are perfect. They're located in Kansas.
I highly recommend you not order from overseas as there's a lot of hidden costs courtesy of the U.S. Govt.
Cheers!

I realize you got here a couple months before I did, but from one Sailor to another from Oklahoma City! (And yes, I realize there's no oceans here too. Then, they are called "orders" not "requests")

Welcome from the Emerald City!!
Feel free to reach out to any of us Seattle-area people via IM. Also, check out our local group: WACKOS. It's currently in a state of stasis, but will soon be up and running again if I have anything to say about it.
