    I went to college in Abilene (Abilene Christian University) many years ago... Abilene's not so bad.

    There are definitely some barbecue joints worth visiting. Try Joe Allen's, Harold's or Betty Rose. They're all pretty good!

    Yes, Taos is worth it. Which is why I try to spend as little time elsewhere as possible.
    Also, thanks so much for the "Q" suggestions. I will plan on trying out each and every one. As far as I am concerned, there is nothing better than Q and beer!
