I, too, have seen "The Picture" and the cheese-eating grin on the man's face. Yup, I chuckled a little.

But Snopes as a factual source? I personally witnessed two events which Snopes claims are false. They happened to be regrettably politically incorrect and so have been banished from public memory. But they did indeed happen. Snopes has zero credibility. I'll not post a description publicly since it could easily offend, but will respond to a PM if desired.
