A Good Day to be Kilted

Tomorrow night my wife and I will be attending a cultural fund raiser sponsored by the Greek Orthodox Church here at the University of Charleston. We received an invitation by some Greek friends to attend. It promises to be quite an affair with lots of Greek food, dancing, etc. My wife, God bless her, asked me to go kilted. Of course I will. This should indeed turn into quite a cultural event. It will be a great time to go kilted.

Even the worst day kilted is better than the best day in pants. I went to Tandy Leather to pick up a sheepskin rug (they're on sale for $30!! Can't pass that up!!). They have a new employee who hadn't seen me before. He just about passed out! I was wearing and Angus Mohr tour shirt, black kilt hose and black Amerikilt, and the guy thought it was the coolest outfit he had ever seen.
