    navy goes with everything

    I beg to differ about green with this tartan. That is a LOT of green. A green jacket will match, but blue or brown will also match and you won't look like someone from the Irish Tourist Board...A navy Argyll will suit for day or night, but a mottled brown tweed would do very well. Consider brown hose (with lots of flecks, if you can find them) and green flashes...
