Some very, very good deals on ebay- No dealings, so can't vouch for quality, but some of the proceeds go to charity, (and actually the sporran - ex-rental - is exactly the same as one I bought recently, and I think its very nice!)

On a fairly regular basis I search "ex-hire" on Ebay and quite a few things pop up.

I haven't tried searching "ex-rental".

There are a number of places in the UK that sell ex-hire kilts, jackets, etc

Trouble is, they have their big sales at a time of year when I wouldn't ever be over there! In February as I recall.
