Scots Wikipedia
Not exactly Gaelic, but I figured I'd post it here anyway. Apologies if it's been posted before...
I happened to stumble upon a version of Wikipedia specific to the Scots language. I had no idea this existed!
http://sco.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
I originally found it when I Googled the word "siller", which is used synonymously with "money" in much of Sir Walter Scott's works that I've been reading. The search yielded this page, which I found oddly entertaining.

I'm an active contributer to the scots version. I can't say my scots is perfect but it feels good to contribute to something.

Whoa! Amazing. So is the spelling used in the Wikipedia site the same as used in the Walter Scott novels?

From what I've seen so far, yes. Of course, he only uses that spelling when quoting the speech of Scottish characters (and from the books I've read so far, his main characters have all been English who find themselves in Scotland).

"Siller" is derived from "silver" and therefrom "money".
