I hope you and Mrs. Jock have an especially sweet Christmas together, and the thief of your laptop has a rotten one.

I had noticed over the last few weeks something lacking hereabouts and your noticeable absence had sent a small shiver of concern up my spine, but I was taking the "no news is good news" approach and biding my time to hear word from you again old friend. Sorry to hear about the laptop loss but happy to hear another is on the way, and to see you return.
A tip of my finest flatcap to you and yours for the holidays, Jock.

Seasons Greetings and a healthy New Year. The news reports all sort of snow throughout the UK so I hope things get better in this aspect and allow more normal travel.

Jock, glad that you checked in, I too was getting a little worried at not having seen any posts from you recently. I wish you and Mrs. Jock a very merry Christmas.

Jock,
Sad to say, I was gone for a week myself so I didn't even notice your absence!
Sorry to hear about your computer. Mine totally died a year back and I lost a lof of the information on it as well (I now back everything up on an independent drive).
Wishing you a Happy Christmas!
