I designed a tartan I call "Forest and Sky" the Jack Hawes memorial tartan as a way of celebrating his life, and remembering him now that he is gone.

Blue, Brown, Green, Yellow and White all set on a black background. Representing the sky, the forests, and the Canadian Armoured Corps. All things Jack loved so much during his life.

I'm looking forward to having it woven and a kilt made out of it in the new year.
