    Just remembered I still had correspondence with the Tartan Lady from back in April of 2008, in which I asked her about future weaving classes.

    Her reply at that time:

    Hello Terry

    I apologize for taking this long to reply; we are currently planting a vineyard. We do not yet have our addition finished, so I expect it will be late fall or next spring before I will be set up again. I am looking forward to that time.

    Picked up my loom. It can weave up to 24" width. Ordering a book on tartan weaving now.

    Hmmm...wandering off topic but "planting a vineyard"?

    Once again, those Pacific Northwest wines that never make it to the shops in Chicago because they're so good that they keep 'em up there and won't share!

    I guess I'm just going to have to come up there with a couple of empty suitcases...
