So, I had my first Trng session with the Victoria Highland Games (Heavy Team) and throwing a stone and an Iron is waaay harder than it looks! The small weight for distance threw me out further than the iron should have gone and I wont even talk about the "BIG LOG"! So it an up hill battle every weekend from here out until the Games in Vic May 21/22. What a great bunch of folk patient, supportive and talented! Thanks for the intro to the HG, and I hope to post some photos of the Trng and games soon.
