I just ordered an inexpensive John Morrison kilt through Heritage Of Scotland that is made of Batley Stewart Navy tartan material. Before ordering, I emailed an inquiry to confirm that the material is in indeed 100% wool, and, after receiving confirmation, I placed the order which was accepted, which, I'm assuming, indicates that Batley is still producing.
