I was going to one that night but canceled that one too. My friends the Robertsons had invited us, scratch that, DEMANDED that we come to it. Obviously they aren't too happy but understand.

My friends in Clan Donnachaidh have been bugging me to attend their for 3 years running, but I blow them off every year in favor of the rabble here!

I have never been to one before, sounds like a great time, unfortunately I will not be able to make it.

Ok I guess I can climb out of my hole and come and read a bedtime story to you guys.
If we think that we are going to have a bigger group than last year we should probably get a tighter head count and make a "reservation" [and time] at Pints. If everybody is tired of Pints I would not be opposed to a venue discussion [maybe show those birds at the Tilted Kilt how it is supposed to be work ]
cheers

Well now that's not a bad idea! I'd be up for the TK. I only suggested Pints because they actually know the proper way to serve whiskey.
So- in the spirit of a head count, we're in for 4.

Thought I'd let you all know that I invited about 150 people outside of this board, as well. If more that like 15 percent RSVP, we'll need to move this event to the TK for sure! Could be fun!

Sorry about coming in late. I'm certainly up for next saturday! I just need a final say on where. Either pints or TK is fine with me. Never been to the TK before, though there was a piper out there last saturday.
Count me in if it's not too late.

You're welcome, of course! It's still at Pints. Haven't had enough interest o move it to a bigger venue- and I like Pints...
