That's great! Please let me know via PM if there's anything that I can contribute from the Asian contingent. Whether it be washi (handmade Japanese paper), for a logbook, or something else that would help represent the ethnically and geographically disperse nature of our group here...

Not to overstep Steve (as he can and SHOULD have the ultimate say as the owner)...

How about a POLL? What more democratic way can there be than THAT?

The ideas I am hearing with the most traction so far are:

1. A Quaich
2. A Flask
3. A wooden Xmarks Clan Badge

I personally think the Quaich would be the most fitting, but I would abide by ANY of the suggestions above if we voted and chose 1.

*Whew* There was a dark tunnel in this thread for a while. Now it feels like the morning after the big drunken punch up and we're all brothers again.

Drac’s suggestion of a plaque was a good one.
But I was wondering (á propos a story that appeared in Craig’s Corner a couple of days back) whether the girl in the barrack-room picture might perhaps be Alice?
