Hello from Victoria B.C.
My Name is Dan Watson and as earlier stated, I live in Victoria B.C. I am married to my wonderful wife of 13yrs. and have 3 beautiful daughters. My interest in all things Scottish started when I did some genealogy on my family. Turns out my grandfather as well as his brothers & sisters(who were from Ayr) were orphaned and subsequently sent to Canada as one of the many children known as Bernardo's kids as farm labour. I have since developed a keen interest in Scottish history and as such have amassed an extensive library of rare antique history books, some as far back as 1655. I will be looking forward to engaging in conversation with others who are like minded within this forum.

Welcome to Xmarks. Since you live in Victoria, B.C., have you had an opportunity to meet our forum owner, Steve yet?
