Hothir, I hope I wasn't sounding like I was condemning them. In fact, I would simply suggest your approach: call them. Instant gratification. (note I am in California and dealing with time zones can be a real issue).
As with most busy enterprises, email can have greater delays. And email is what has been suggested in this thread. Having a reseller who can and has purchased from Dalgleish call them would speed the process.
And I would not for the world say anything against the shop I am working with, but it is conceivable that they forgot to contact them for pricing and simply blamed it on an email delay to placate me. Could be.
