A Parrot Tartan

I went to school with some Parrots- could they wear that tartan or do you have to be an actual bird??

Any creative sort up for designing a tartan for the Norwegian Blue? Beautiful plumage....

It would have to be woven in something like the old-style hard tartan. . .more specifically a stiff tartan. . .
