In lousy weather, I wear my black church funeral cape - black moulton, frogs on the front, little collar and ankle length.

Interesting. I think that for that price, I'd rather just have one of our X-Marksers just make me one. But the C M Almy one is wool, and it does look nice.

Yeah, but my kilt keeps me warm enough with a sweater for the gnarliest that the Pac NW has to offer. I just need something to keep the rain off, not really looking for warmth.

Why not just a good quality conservative poncho then?
