    not a kilt but funny

over the years of being a "geek" i have played everything from the card game magic to D&D... even a starwars version of d&d remember robotwars? played it too but this takes the cake lol

what has me confused the most is are these people for real or just messing around for a spoof video all i can say is WOW.

aparently i have to edit this and tell you all that it may be offensive to some people... does not contain nudity but makes a sexual reference and a guy say "shyt" so... if you dont like that sort of thing then dont watch it

Through my early 30's I spent many hours of my past playing D&D, but.....
I watched a little over two minutes of that and can't think of a single word to describe it. However , I am already missing the those two minutes and only wish I could get them back........

it peaked my curiosity so i used my googlefu and found out it is indeed a parody video, but what is swimming around in my mind is im sure that somewhere some people are actually doing this as a LARP.

It probably is a parody, but as you said, there are probably also people doing it as real Larp.
I used to Larp myself although coming from Scotland and having everyone I Larped with using realistic weaponry from Skian Mhor, I was astonished when I seen Larpers here using foam noodles!

    Oh my gosh...

I have seen this before, but it's so funny that not too long ago we had an actual email chain circulating through some Marines (of all people!) legitimately trying to host one of these... too funny.
