Angus Mohr is a good reason to come to Colorado festivals. There is nothing like hearing them live! Matt, their piper, has a huge onstage presence- and they haven't recorded All Along The Watchtower... That in itself is worth the effort to see them! So if you make it to Colorado this summer, look me up- I attend every single festival.

I have actually had Rising Gael and AM in my MP3 player on random since I downloaded that CD! They go so well together!

I am equally impressed, so much so I bought 2 of their 3 CDs. This is a band I would love to see in person. The video that Tim Olson shot for Farewell to Nova Scotia is as good as, if not better than any I have ever seen on ANY of the music television stations out there. It is a pleasure to see musicians enjoy performing as much as this quartet appeared to do so. I feel you are correct in that they have not received as much recognition as they should. Thank you for bringing them to my attention.

I have had these folks at our Indiana Highland Games and Scottish Festival. They are excellant musicians, very personable, and great to deal with.
