Wow!! Very nice! Carbon paper and tracing, then finishing the details by hand. That sounds a lot like what I do in leather! Without the burning part, of course- although I haven't ruled it out as a possibility! I'd love to see your process and see if I can steal... er... adapt it to what I do!
