I have been through both chemo and radiation, the second good thing about chemo was a loss of appitite and coresponding (sp?) weight loss. Prayers to Goddess for you to have a good outcome.

Ron,
I guess I'm getting old with you. Here I read "Kilted Camo" for some reason and when I saw your kilt I said, "that's not a camo kilt!" Anyway maybe you can have a kilted camo chemo kilt. Best of luck and as you already know, we're all pulling, cheering and praying for you.

Prayers started when I read the thread title. Will continue. Keep in mind that what you've beaten before has equipped you to beat this as well. Besides, your kilts have LOTS of years of wear left in them, and we know you won't let 'em down.

Forget everything I said before and . . . .
Okay . . . Glad to hear your protocol does not cause nausea or hair loss, so you can have some fun with this little trick that I did. Go in for your appointment with a plastic bag with water and a small gold fish in it. Hang it on the IV stand, and reach up and tap it once or twice when an attendant comes by. It does wonders for staff morale.
