I come here as an escape from the ridiculous news about celebrities and stupid things. I guess there are no more hiding places.

Piers Anthony wrote a short story with that premise, carried to its logical conclusion, in an alternate dimension where cows don't exist; entitled "In the Barn" in Anthonology.
(The book also contains one of the most disturbing first-person accounts of torture (giving and receiving) I've almost read. I couldn't finish it, and though I own the book, I never will. You have been warned.)

I saw a scrawling item on a national news-station at lunch today that said the ice cream was recently pulled off the shelf. There were no further details.

At first I was put off by the idea of it. But really, is it any better to think that we are drinking OTHER animals milk...
With that said, I really don't know if I would try it, lol.

I would rather see the milk go to a milk bank or someone on the Eats on Feets network, but okay.
Although...I have been known to use some of my freezer stash on cereal and in recipes for my family
And as an extended breastfeeder, I have the privileged of asking my two-year old what she thinks mama milk tastes like. Her answer: Ice Cream!
So breast milk ice cream isn't too much of a stretch.

I guess it'll do in a pinch.
