Looks good to me. I have a lady working on one and will have it in about 2 weeks and knowing her she will do great even if it is her first. I have my mothers old sewing machine but my wife and I didn't have the nerve, or the time, to even try it on a $3 jacket from Goodwill.
See, I took it to a tailor at first, but she was going to charge about 40 dollars. Granted, it would have looked way better, probably, but I kind of bought the jacket so that I could try it out myself. Trust me, it's a lot of fun, even if you destroy it. Plus, the way I did it I figured I could just cut out the thread if I didn't like the way it turned out. I don't blame you for having someone else do it (from the sounds of it, they arent charging you much or anything), but it was a lot of fun doing it also. Food for thought.
I just wish I could lengthen the sleeves, but if I attempt that I know I will ruin it. Maybe I can get that part tailored, but she charged 13 dollars a sleeve!!! Oh well!
