I was going to complement you on your jacket, as well.

Brooke, if you go to our jacket page, and click on the "view jacket cloth options" then scroll down towards the bottom of the page that opens up, I believe the Glen Keith pattern may be the same as what he's wearing. If not, it's pretty close. Of course, you won't get it for the same price he found it for! Great deal!

    Looking sharp Downunder Kilt.

Now can we have a wee review of the new, official Xmarks tie? It looks good but how is the quality?

Thanks for the compliments gents. The kilt is by Scotweb. I have 3 Kilts from them ranging over a number of years. This one and my first one are extremely comfortable in that the back of the waist is soft and pliable (the fell area), the second one I received from the is really quite stiff in the fell area and feels that way when wearing it. Anyhow I am delighted with the fit and quality of this one. It is 16oz Lochcarron.

As for the XMarks tie, it is silk and a delight to wear and tie. I usualy use the schoolboy knot and this is what I used this time. I tried a half windsor but because you are tying the tie shorter for kilt wear, it looked too bulky.

As for the weather, Melbourne must be like Texas, we are known in Australia for usually having the 4 seasons, all in one day

Yes a molly dooker, The only thing that I can do righthanded is play golf. I learnt from my father when very young and all he had was RH clubs. I have tried to play left handed but can't.

I used to play golf, DU, but the back said stop. MB, if I played wrong (right) handed, my back would say yes! (But, I'm not buying new clubs.)

My father tried to get me to learn to play. I went out with him a few times, but I finally gave up. I could never get the caddies to throw the ball high enough when I yelled "Pull."
