Medieval Times Dinner Experiences

The Shriners in Denver have a Medieval Feast every year as a fund raiser. Half the people attending wear their kilts- both great and modern. I doubt much of anyone will know the difference, and if they do, they'll appreciate that you at least made the effort, and will think no less of you. I'd say do it.

***EDIT*** Just read the thread a little more closely. Is a Medieval Times dinner a dinner at a restaurant? If so... then disregard my advice...

I've been to the one in Dallas, while up there at a Sci-Fi con a few years back.
There were folks there in everything from t-shirts to Renfaire garb, so my kilt and polo shirt went pretty much with out notice. I didn't have an issue, but as some have mentioned it can be messy, so I probably wouldn't wear my nice wool kilt there. It was not cheap, but a good show and fun time.

Thanks for advice, all. I hadn't calculated on the "Messy" aspect of it ! Gotta think about that.
