    My new ebay find

Won this lovely on ebay Saturday it's a Geoffrey Tailor in Thompson Dress Blue for 59.00

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT

Has a little wear and tear and needs a good cleaning but it will have a prominant spot in my closet.
Is there a way I might be able to find out when this kilt was made?

This is on top of ordering 4 Stillwater heavy weights that were also ordered Saturday that will be coming in by Thursday.

Wait...you ordered four kilts on Saturday, and now this one? Dang. We all talk about kilt addiction, but you're on your way to an overdose!

Congrats on what appears to be a heck of a good deal on the ebay kilt. I can't tell you if there is even a way to find the age of a kilt, but I really wouldn't worry about it as long as it's in good shape. It's like buying a car, in my mind anyhow--it's not the model year that's important as much as the mileage.
The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.

I had been saving for the Stillwaters for a while now and just stumbled on the ebay kilt. But they will be a much needed addition to my wardrobe since I am kilted fulltime.
