This creates a real problem. I've liked that tartan since I first saw it; very much to my taste. Now, do I remain happily married while admiring the tartan from afar? or do I become a homeless-but-very-attractive-in-my-new-kilt man? These are not easy decisions to make!

If you mean the wife doesn't want you to spend the money, maybe you could have a bake sale

But if you decide to pull the trigger and she kicks you out, you'll be looking so good that some gentle Canadian is sure to take you in

Chris, keep your eye on Burnett's & Struth; they were hinting at something to do with this tartan!
