Great Pictures. But these two descriptions are transposed. My next door neighbor is a piper in the Fire Brigade.

The parade is slowly turning into a Mummer's Parade. Thats why the dirndls and Lederhoesen.

But is was a nice day for a parade.

But aren't you always telling people to coordinate what's above the waist and their hose and not to worry about the kilt?

That Baltimore St. Pat's parade is the coldest I've ever been in my pipe band career. And that was wearing full dress with ostrich feather bonnet, melton doublet (with 2 layers underneath), plaid, etc. Wind right off the water. BURRRRR.
