Very Nice
made me think of my favorite Poe - The raven
Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore,
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.
`'Tis some visitor,' I muttered, `tapping at my chamber door -
Only this, and nothing more.'
Advise if he has other items, Chritmas isnt that far away

Depending on how big they are, they would make a nice lapel pin.

LOVE those pins!! The designs are great. I'm not convinced the pins themselves will be substantial enough against a strong tartan - perhaps if they were a bit wider - but they look wonderful and I would certainly look into purchasing at least one should they be available.

Very nice, but I have to confess, out of my price range. Can't justify spending a Ben Franklin, or more, right now. One of these days though! If I had the means I'd jump on it!
The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.

Maker got back with me this morning. He is still making them.
He will check to see if the recent increase of silver have any effects on the prices he did up a few years ago. He will be calling me later and I'll post the link after that.

Jul confirmed the listed prices are still good (barring silver hikes) on the site.
Here is his main site -

Warning, I met him as a knife maker but he is a jeweler and his knife work reflects that. One look at his work and you will be drooling big time. When I talk about making ok knives this is one of the guys I base my work against for growth.
As he is a major historian in his own right and a kilt wearer I am sending him the link to invite him to the forum.

His damascus jewelry is both very unique and beautiful, and I love the kilt pins.
I was a bit disappointed to read that he doesn't generally do custom work, though I can't say I blame him.
Really excellent stuff - thank you for sharing, Drac!
