The place where we have met the last few years is:
The Playwright Tavern
202 West 49th Street
(between 7th Avenue and Broadway)

It is just a block from the parade route and they have always been cooperative. Plus the food is good and reasonably priced.
The parade starts at 2:00, so I suggest meeting about 11:30.
If you are planning to attend, please indicate here by Tuesday, April 5th, so I can make reservations.
