    I dimly recall my housemates and I throwing a birthday party for this album when it turned 21 and was therefore old enough to drink. I think Reagan was still in the Oval Office.

    Lessee, 1976 + 21 is 1997, which puts it in Clinton's 2nd term. That's 8 years after the end of Reagan's 2nd (jan 20 1989).
