Happy Birthday best wishes Jock. I am pretty new to the forum but as a passionate Atlantic Salmon angler your Avatar and user name caught my eye right away and I was envious that you thought of it first and have so much more seniority. I also identify with your more traditional view of things tartan.
I have not selected an Avatar yet. Would it be presumptuous of me if I became Rat Faced MacDougal?

Well, thank you all for your kind wishes. These days I am afraid that a riotus party is hardly on the agenda, but I did have a splendid quiet dinner with my dear wife at a very smart establisment in Lochaber to mark the occasion, kilted of course.
