So, suitable for kilt jackets, or is the waist

The outline of the jacket is okay, but the western style "points" on the shoulders and back just don't flow with the kilt IMHO. I've skipped on a number of tweeds that would have otherwise been perfect.
The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.
